If our cord breaks under its rated load, we replace it. No receipt, no questions, for as long as you own it.
Every spool is tested to MIL-C-5040 Type III spec. If a cord fails below its rated 750 lb break strength, that is on us — we send a new spool.
Frayed sheath, missing core strands, ends that will not fuse, short footage on the spool — if we got it wrong, we make it right.
No registration, no receipt, no time limit. As long as it is our cord and you own it, the warranty stands.
Abrasion, cuts, burns, UV fade over years of hard use — that is the cord doing its job. We will still help you replace it at a fair price.
Loads beyond the rated 750 lb, life-safety rigging, climbing, or towing. Paracord is utility cord, not life-support equipment. Do not bet your life on it.
File a claim anyway. We would rather look at it and tell you straight than have you guess.
Tell us what happened and attach a photo if you can email one to shop@threevikings.co. We review every claim within one business day and send a replacement spool if it is covered.
